Finding Common Ground

Grounded conversations. Infused intention.

A virtual gathering space for women to connect, share, and be supported in the realities of life.

Let’s be real for a second...

Life is a lot right now, isn’t it? Between work, family, friendships, and just trying to remember to drink enough water, it’s easy to feel stretched thin. Add in the weight of starting over, navigating change, or figuring out “what’s next” and suddenly, connection can feel like the missing piece.

That’s exactly why Finding Common Ground was born. A virtual gathering space for women to connect, share, and be supported in the realities of life. Think of it as a coffee connection with a deeper purpose, where we bring our favorite warm beverage, show up as we are, and create a safe container for real conversation.

These circles are designed to feel grounding, supportive, and inspiring. Whether you’re navigating growth in business, transitions in life, or simply seeking connection, this space is about honesty without judgment, listening without fixing, and honoring the wealth of wisdom we hold within each of us.

Together, we’ll explore a monthly theme alongside a guest co-host, share our own reflections, and hold space for one another to be seen and heard.

My Story

(And Maybe Yours Too)

Hi, I’m Lynzie!

Over the last few years, I’ve had my own big reset. Starting over wasn’t just a theme in my life, it became my reality. And while that journey was messy, beautiful, and sometimes downright exhausting, one thing kept me moving: finding women who got it.

I realized I didn’t just want connection, I needed it.

The kind of space where you can show up in a messy bun, pajama pants, or full boss-woman mode… and still feel completely seen. A circle that’s about honesty, not performance. Support, not fixing.

That’s how Finding Common Ground came to life.

With a rare combination of analytical precision and brand intuition, she helps product-based founders stop blending in and start owning their space. She specializes in brand identity, messaging, and positioning, helping founders sharpen, realign, and show up with a brand that commands respect, communicates quality over quantity, and looks as elite as they know it already is. Because just being visible should never be the goal - being remembered should.

This Month’s Sip:

☕ Radiant Ritual Chai

A cozy, sweet, and nourishing blend for radiance inside and out.

Ingredients:

- 1 cup brewed chai tea (your favorite blend)

- 1 tsp vanilla extract (or a small piece of vanilla bean with caviar)

- Pinch of dried lavender buds (food-grade)

- Honey, to taste

- ¼ cup warm milk or plant milk (optional, for creaminess)

Instructions:

1. Brew chai tea as usual.

2. While it’s still hot, stir in vanilla and lavender. Let steep for 2–3 minutes.

3. Strain, then sweeten with honey.

4. Add warm milk if desired, and sip slowly and intentionally.

This warm, spiced infusion of traditional chai with vanilla, lavender, and honey is designed to both nourish your skin and calm your mind in equal measure. In addition to the warming spices of Chai, vanilla uplifts mood and softens skin, lavender soothes the senses and calms irritation, and honey, the antioxidant-rich goddess herself, hydrates, heals, and restores balance. Together, they support radiant skin, inner harmony, and a welcome sense of ease from the inside out.

Our Promise to Each Other

  • Confidentiality: What’s shared in circle stays in circle. These are NOT recorded.

  • Presence: Arrive as you are (messy bun, makeup, or pajamas) no need to perform.

  • Respect: We listen to understand, not to fix or compare.

  • Equity: Everyone has an equal opportunity to share, no one is forced to do so.

  • Self-care: Step away if you need to; your wellbeing comes first.

Why Circles? Why Now?

For centuries, women have gathered together (in kitchens, in red tents, around fires) to share stories, lean on each other, and pass down wisdom. That tradition has always mattered, but right now? It feels more important than ever.

So many of us are carrying the weight of being everything to everyone. Daughters, sisters, mothers, friends, entrepreneurs, caretakers… the list goes on. And somewhere in the mix, it’s easy to forget that we’re allowed to be held, too.

This circle is that reminder. You don’t have to do it all alone.

What You Can Expect

Each month, we meet virtually. Just grab your coffee (or tea, or hot chocolate, no judgment here) and log on from wherever you are. We’ll:

  • Start with a grounding breath to slow down the noise of the day.

  • Connecting tarot pull and/or guided meditation to step into our month's intention

  • Spotlight our guest co-host (a woman who inspires us and brings her own flavor to our conversation)

  • Share stories and reflections around our month's intention

  • Hold space for open, honest sharing where every voice matters and no one’s here to “fix” you

At the end, you’ll walk away with that rare and beautiful thing: a sense of connection that lingers long after we say goodbye.
