Hi, I'm Lynzie!

In 2007, I started my journey as a Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist. While navigating the process of entrepreneurship, I began offering coaching services and hosting networking events and workshops in 2013. Through the process, I learned so much from the artists I was coaching. This led to the idea of launching a platform designed specifically for the entrepreneur in the Beauty/Barber Industry, providing a space for all members to contribute, ask for support, learn from one another, and easily network. I struggled with most business education topics along my way, most things I had to figure out through trial and error…

I knew something had to change…

and to create that change, I needed a network of likeminded beauty/barber pros...

LAUNCHED

I launched our Online Community in March 2020. I spent the year sending cold DMs and hosting free virtual events.

GREW

With restrictions around the pandemic lifted, we were able to start hosting small in person networking events in addition to our virtual offers.

SCALED

In July 2022, we hosted our first 2 day large scale event in Dallas, TX. We hosted 50 attendees with 8 Keynote Speakers and 6 Brand Sponsors.
